Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with expertise in Agile methodology to oversee and manage complex projects and ensure their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery Management:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality goals are met.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
3. Agile Practices:
Implement and enforce Agile methodologies across teams.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions.
5. Risk Management:
Identify, mitigate, and monitor risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop contingency plans for potential roadblocks.
6. Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in project delivery and management.
Proven experience in leading Agile teams and delivering successful projects.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
