Position Details
- Process: L’Oréal Customer Service – Voice (Preferably females)
- Nature of Work: Customer Service (Voice)
- Experience Required: Minimum 6 months or more in Customer Service (Voice)
- Education: HSC/Graduates
- Age Limit: 18-32 years
- Compensation: Up to ₹25,000 in-hand (based on experience and performance)
- Shifts: Day rotational shifts (6 days working, 1 rotational week off in the initial phase)

Job Requirements
- Mandatory Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Cluster 1 or 2 level)
- Versant Test: Minimum score of 5 required
- Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service by effectively addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a great experience for L’Oréal customers.
- Other Requirements:
- Resume must be structured as per client guidelines
Interview Process
- HR Round:
- Basic introduction and eligibility check.
- Versant Test:
- Minimum score of 5 is required to proceed to the next round.
- Mock Customer Service Scenarios:
- Candidates will handle customer service scenarios and draft responses live during Microsoft Teams meetings (under camera surveillance). Responses must be shared via WhatsApp and email.
- Virtual Operations Round:
- Evaluate operational capabilities and scenario handling.
- Virtual Client Round:
- Final assessment by the client to ensure fitment.

- Batch Date: Immediate joining
- Indent: 10 candidates
- Training Period: One week (compulsory attendance at the Lower Parel location)
