Selection Process:

- AMCAT Assessment
- Writex Test:
- Must be completed before the Ops Round.
- Minimum score required: 65 or above (B2 level).
- Ops Round
Salary and Benefits:
- Compensation: Up to ₹42,000 in-hand salary (depending on last drawn salary).
- Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Workdays: 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.

- Transport Boundaries: Strictly adhere to IBU transport boundaries in Thane.
