Immediate Hiring Details:

  • Position: Voice-Based Customer Service
  • Experience Required:
    • HSC or Graduates with minimum 1 year of voice-based customer service experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: HSC or Graduation.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in voice-based customer service is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication is essential for this role.

Selection Process:

  1. HR Round
  2. AMCAT Assessment
  3. Writex Test:
    • Must be completed before the Ops Round.
    • Minimum score required: 65 or above (B2 level).
  4. Ops Round

Salary and Benefits:

  • Compensation: Up to ₹42,000 in-hand salary (depending on last drawn salary).
  • Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts.
  • Workdays: 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.

Additional Details:

  • Transport Boundaries: Strictly adhere to IBU transport boundaries in Thane.
