We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated L1 Office365 Support Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This is a permanent, work-from-office role offering the opportunity to work with leading-edge Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Proficient with the Microsoft 365 toolset, including O365, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
- Security Planning: Plan and recommend Office 365 security measures, including Transport Rules, TLS, DKIM, and SPF records.
- Conditional Access Policies: Deep understanding and implementation of conditional access policies.
- Technical Architecture: Broad knowledge of key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for Office 365, including Exchange Online, MDM, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, and user provisioning.
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Exchange Online and MS Outlook, with a strong understanding of mail routing.
- Migration Projects: Participate in migrations during projects or internal activities.
- SMTP Applications: Hands-on experience with multiple SMTP applications, including Office365, Exchange 2016/2019, EOP, EAC, PowerShell, and LDAP.
- Active Directory: Solid understanding of core Active Directory principles and technology.
- Deployment Management: Manage the deployment of new features or functionality after testing in a staging environment.
- Security Knowledge: In-depth understanding of security principles.
- PowerShell Scripting: Strong experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
