Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.
Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to address customer needs.
Assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to customers on their concerns and queries.

Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Graduation completed after 2021.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities and good communication skills.
Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Mumbai, preferably in Central or Harbour Line areas.
