Job Summary:
We are urgently looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives with proven experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable real estate properties.
2. Sales Activities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online/offline marketing.
Conduct property site visits and presentations for clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Market Research:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
Provide clients with accurate and relevant market information.
4. Negotiation and Closure:
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals.
Ensure all documentation and payment processes are completed accurately.
5. Reporting:
Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up schedules.
Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
