Job Role:

We are hiring for a Web Chat Support Role in a Social Media (SoMe) process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and experience in chat-based customer service.


Key Requirements:

  • Education: HSC or Graduation.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of overall experience on paper, including at least 6 months in chat-based customer service (for both HSC and Graduates).
    • Candidates with 1 year of chat customer service experience are preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent (Cluster 3 level).

Salary and Benefits:

  • Compensation: Up to ₹21,000 in-hand salary.
  • Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts.
  • Workdays: 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.
